Supply Chain Execution
SCE is the execution of planned tasks by the SCM tools and methods. At this level, the plans validated by the company are grouped.

This notion is linked to the physical reality of the activity of the company, which answers the following questions:
“When do we prepare the order of parts or materials? Who will transport it? What is the lot number of the next product to be launched on the chain?”

An import point to note in terms of the information flow, the data will flow towards the tools of Supply Chain Management, in order to:
  Provide real data (carried out);
  Calculate the gaps in relation to planning ;
  Manage impromptu events (Event Management);
  Enable the company to react in the most efficient way possible.
